LIMITED WARRANTY
All ERG Custom guitars are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the instrument, for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. All warranty repairs must be performed by ERG Custom guitars. This warranty does not cover repairs necessitated by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, cracking of wood or finish that result from changes in temperature or humidity. Bridges, pickups and tuning machines are not covered by this warranty. Any physical modification of the instrument not performed by ERG will void this warranty.

ORDERING AN ERG CUSTOM INSTRUMENT
When ordering an ERG Custom a 20% deposit of the total price is required, at the same time you'll get an estimated date of completion (Usually 4-5 months for a solid body and one year for the Alfie models).
Before the instrument begins its final stage of building (lacquer and paint) an additional deposit of 30% is required to continue. When your guitar is completed the final payment of the remaining 50% is required to receive the instrument.
You will be allowed to check your instrument for 48 hours after you receive it, on a trial basis, if within that time you are not satisfied with the result, you may contact us to arrange the returning for a refund of 85% of the total price, you will be charged for the shipping costs.
